What Radical Wellness Actually Looks Like in Real Life

Let’s face it, the world has hit a ceiling. Everything seems as if it no longer has room for expansion or growth, so we begin to look everywhere for new opportunities. We look at everyone for change instead of going back to the basics or prioritizing the true pillars of life. Ourselves. While it may seem selfish or egotistical to focus on yourself, it may be more important to carefully select what lens you decide to look through. Make it clear, not cloudy, sharp, not dull, and well, not ill.

Prioritizing yourself should never come second, or feel like some monstrous mountain you must climb every day. It should feel like a lazy river; you get to enjoy the ride on.
